Issues with CTC Empty Issues with CTC

I am have issues again with CTC and their faulty parts.
i just turn on my Formaker to use it to do some engraving and the power supply blew up again about 3 minutes into the project.

They need to fix all the issues.

Right now all I want is a refund.
