Re: A little mad
I think you can feel lycky that the machine works as you expect.
Think what a pain it would be if the machine didnt work And you got that kind of support.

A little mad
Alright, so I know a lot of people have had their share of problems with the formaker and all. I have luckily not had the problems others have been having. But I'm getting really mad at the support team. I did burn out my laser for example as I blew the fan earlier and hadn't gotten around to replacing it quite yet. When I contacted them about what type of laser it was so I could buy a new one, nothing. No reply. I also ended up buying some PLA for the 3D printer because on their site 2kg was on sale and I thought why not. I did this March 13th, and no package yet, no email of shipment ever came either but the email telling me $26CND was there from my paypal. I've tried contacting them about my order via email but no replies, phone number doesn't seem to want to work either. Then I noticed they have to websites. ctcprint.com AND ctcprinter.com. It's not the machine i'm having a problem with, it's their service...
